Ad-Hoc Committee

Ad-Hoc Committee shall be formed by DPR and constitute as a temporary organ of DPR.

 

DPR shall determine the membership and composition of the ad-hoc committee based on the proportionality of the number of members from each faction.

The number of the members of ad-hoc committee is decided by the plenary meeting and the maximum number shall be thirty (30).

 

The leadership of the ad-hoc committee shall be on the basis of collectivity and collegiality.

 

The leadership of ad-hoc committee shall consist of one (1) chairperson and, at most, three (3) vice chairpersons to be elected by and from members of ad-hoc committee on the basis of consensus and proportionality regarding the number of existing ad-hoc committees, also taking into consideration representation of women and equitable proportion of faction

 

Factions entitled the rights to sit in the leadership of the ad-hoc committee shall propose the names to the Leaders of DPR to be adopted in the meeting of the ad-hoc committee.

 

The election of the leadership of the ad-hoc committee shall be held during the meeting of the ad-hoc committee chaired by the leaders of DPR and conducted upon determination of the composition and membership of the ad-hoc committee.

 

The ad-hoc committee shall carry out specific tasks within a specific period as determined by the plenary meeting and the time period may be extended by the Steering Committee if the ad-hoc committee could not completed its duty.

 

The ad-hoc committee shall be dissolved by DPR upon completion of its term or if the duty has been declared as completed.
